Dear Percy Family:
It was a great honor and privilege to get to know David. He was such an inspiration. David will be missed greatly. The halls at HACC-York seem empty without him. May God grant you comfort and peace in the difficult times ahead. David is now dancing in Heaven for our Lord.

On behalf of the United States Submarine Veterans (USSVI), I offer our sincere condolences on Dr. Percy's passing. You and your loved ones are in our thoughts and prayers.
