What a tough pair you were walking the road pretending everything was going great. I am still amazed at Dave's ability to stay so positive and keep everyone believing all was ok. Our deepest admiration, respect, and condolences to you and family.

Cathy - Dave was part of the Smith's Home Furnishings family for a long time and my parents thought very highly of him. When my mother was in her last months and Dave and the guys came to visit her she talked about it for weeks, that was so kind of all of them and such fun to hear them tell their tales. The Smith group had so many great times. You two were so great together and you were strong for one another throughout all of the challenges. We are all thinking of you.

Oh Cathy, I am so sorry that you have lost your darling husband. He was so loved by so many and especially by you. I am so glad to have known him.

Cathy, There are no words or shortcuts. Please know that I am here for you anytime you need. Dave has been such an inspiration to me. You two fought the battle and now Dave is at peace. I have always been amazed by Dave. You two have shared a wonderful life together. You two were blessed. Please let me know what you need. I am here for you as you have always been here for me.
