I am very sorry to hear about Dave. I worked with him only briefly at AMT, but feel lucky to have had the opportunity to know him and learn from him. My family and I have spent a lot of time reflecting on what a wonderful individual he was and share many fond memories of him. My thoughts are with you.

Was very sorry to hear about Dave's death. I knew him from Alcoa. It's ironic that when my boss Bob Puzder had a heart attack on the golf course it was Dave who brought him back. Then Dave has a heart attack there. I know he's with his 'buddy' Puzder now. God be with all of you.
