Not sure what to say?

We lived next door as David was growing up - he was 4 years older than our boys and his Dad made a great Willi the Wildcat head complete with fashioned teeth for David one Halloween! It was a magnificent sculpture. We were lucky enough to inherit the Halloween piece.

We remember David and mention him and our friends Rosie and Jerry often. They were wonderful friends and all such a loss to leave us so early.

I am happy to have this opportunity to write remembering...

I only knew David a short time, working with him, Michelle and Amy. He was always very kind and had a keen sense of humor. He was just a great guy. Neal Stewart

Dear Shannon, Blake and Lauren,

I am very sorry for your loss. I just learned an hour ago and am deeply saddened. David and I carpooled to pre-school together. We went to kinder through high school in Manhattan. I have so many fond memories of your truly kind and gracious husband and Dad. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

To David's Family. David was a very good friend and pledge brother of our son Brady Stanton and was the pledge father of our son Todd Stanton at the Phi Delt House at KU. I knew Rosie through the Mother's Club and we loved talking about our sons. Brady became ill with pancreatic cancer in April of 2006 and David came to visit him and kept in touch throughout his illness until he died in August 2006. David was such a compassionate guy and always a great friend. We are so sorry for your...

Shannon and family,
Cannot express how sorry we are to hear about Dave. Dave and my brother Rob grew up together in Manhattan so Dave was at our house often. Hope you find comfort in your wonderful memories and knowing Dave was such a special person and thought so highly of by all who knew him. He leaves a wonderful legacy in Blake and Lauren. He will forever now be back in the comfort of Jerry and Rosie. Heart felt condolences. Craig and Sue (Goode) Voigt.

Shannon, Blake, and Lauren, I'm so sorry for your loss. Thinking of you all, Angela Bearden

My heart goes out to all his family!

David was a prince of a man..
