So sorry for your loss. We loved to run into David shopping as he had this big smile and always would leave us laughing. He became part of our family when Donna introduced him to us. He will always be in our prayers.

I'm so sorry to hear of Mr.Phelan passing. He taught at Northeast with my dad Charlie Ragain. He was a great teacher. And he will be greatly missed.

Mr. Phelan was my teacher at Northeast. He was a great guy. Even years after I graduated he would see me around and ask how I was and would always make sure things where going well for me. Prayers to the family and friends.

Prayers and condolences to your family. Mr. Phelan was my teacher at Blackman School. There were (5) of us in the 4th grade and the rest of the class were 5th graders. He was a great teacher.

Mr Phelan was my 6th grade teacher at Trumbull school in 1970. One of the best teachers I ever had. I have many good memories.
