David James "Jim" Phelps

Jim was a stalwart in the community for many years. His influence will be felt in the township for years to come. Rest in peace Big Jim.

Dave, so sorry for your loss, keeping you in thoughts and in Prayers

We have had the privilege of knowing Jim for over 50 years. Jim's often gruff shell merely covered the biggest/softest-hearted guy we've ever known. Jim served us all very, very well throughout his business and political careers. Thank God we have Dave to slide into some pretty big shoes.

Dave, Very sorry to hear about Jim, your father. Fond memories over the years. Worked Leoni Township Police with him back in the day, and really enjoyed stopping by your office and visiting with him over the last several years. A great man.
