Linda, Jeff, Amy and family,
Words cannot express the sorrow I feel right now, though it has been years since Dave and I have seen one another. He was a great friend and mentor during my days in Mott Park and during my residency at FOH. He was one of the finest men I have ever known. Prayers and thoughts for you all.

Dave became a good friend the last few years in the shop together. My condolences go out to his loved ones.
