I had the honor of meeting David when I worked at Borders... I regret not being able to tell him my ghost stories... I know he would've been intrigued... May he rest in peace...

David and I went to write the ghost story of Susan B. Anthony at her childhood home located in Battenville, NY with intuitive Sue Wilson. He was very intrigued with the story and included it in his New York Ghost book! I will cherish that memory always! He used two other of my leads and I called him my friend. When he sent me a message of having stage 4 cancer I was shocked and saddened. My sympathies to his family and Diane, who is a great editor, for their loss.

I never got to meet David Pitkin, but I so enjoyed reading his books. An interview with him appeared in Yankee magazine not all that long ago, and in it he expressed interest in what would come after this life. I hope his transition has been a joyful one full of learning and understanding.

There are few people who touch our lives as powerfully as David Pitkin touched mine. I personally loved his inquisitive mind and really appreciated all the research he put into finding answers. He was a man with deep passion for seeking answers to the intangibles of Life. A very spiritual man who worked out of his heart center who shared his findings through his writing, his workshops, his conferences, his tours and teaching. I participated in his A.R.E. group and for 9 wonderful years...

Dear sweet David Pitkin,.... yes, a great storyteller with a beautiful unique way about him. I knew him to be such a spiritual man who was intrigued by the mystery of life. He searched and researched all the intangibles of life and was a great leader to all of us who have like interests. I was in his Edgar Cayce study group, A.R.E. and for 9 wonderful years in his Dream Study group (a branch group off of Monteque Ullman's works.) I miss you and may you find all your answers in the ever...
