Not sure what to say?

I remember fondly "Mr. Pitman" as my typing teacher at Cupertino High in 1963. He was great! My condolences to the family.

Our Lord Of Love & Light & Life, Who Holds The Cure & Makes All Things Pure, Hold You Both In His Hands Eternally!

Dave Pitman was a favorite colleague during my first teaching assignment at Cupertino, 1961-64. My sincere condolences to his family.
Marret Poehlmann, Home Economics Dept. Head, Cupertino High

Mr. Pitman dedicated his life to helping his students make their way through the process of finding their future and making good decisions. He was always there to listen. I spent some time visiting with him about 6 years ago...such a nice man...I will never forget his kindness.

Dear Lynn, Bob & Tom, Condolences are sent for the passing of your beloved Parents; David & Donna Pitman (Uncle David & Aunt Donna is how I knew them). They will always be in my Heart even though they are both in Heaven now! "The Lord" Love & Bless them both as well as all of The Family living still here on Earth!! Our family got to know Dave and Donna in 1997 when we moved into Horseshoe Drive. Dave educated us on local history, shared stories of his career in the school system and of course, the prune orchard. Our parents (in India) also got to know Dave and Donna during their visits. He shared the produce from their wonderful garden. Thanks Dave - for welcoming us into the neighborhood. We cherish the time spent with you. You will be missed.....Sangita and Sesh

I am sad to learn of Dave Pittman's passing. He was an advisor to many of us during the mid 60's at Cupertino HS. He gave us a wonderful foundation as future community leaders. I am sure he continued to mentor students with the same honesty and integrity throughout his career, always with a twinkle in his eye. My condolences to his family.
Donna Coleman Dreis, Class of 65

I am deeply saddened at the news of Mr. Pitman's death. He was a good man. He will be missed.

I am sad to learn of the passing of Dave Pittman, who was the Dean of Students at Cupertino High School when I was a student there. He was so much more than that to me. Indeed, he was one of the primary positive influences on my life.

His tutelage began when I was elected Vice-President of the Student Body, continued when I served as President and did not end until I graduated. He advised me on so many things and always seemed to be filled with enthusiasm for his job and my prospects...
