Not sure what to say?

My wife and I just heard the news and are so sorry to hear it. Dave was such a good guy, although I don't even need to say that; everyone knows it. Whenever we had car problems and took the cars in, he would always let us "make payments" along the way to help our financial condition. He never called to see when the next payment was being made ... he trusted us, and made it so easy to do business with him. He was wonderful. We are so sorry of your loss, and send our condolences.

Dear Friends:
I am humbled by so many expressions of love towards our family with Dave's passing. He will truly be missed by all of us. Even though we will not have the chance to grow old together, I will count my blessings for the many great years we had together. He was such a support to me during my cancer treatments. I feel this helped me be stronger to deal with losing him. By so many comments referenced here or when I speak to his friends and customers, I feel so blessed that...

A couple of years ago, I had an unfortunate experience with a local auto mechanic, who I believed had done me wrong. I contacted the BBB of Winter Park and asked for a reference. The gentleman I spoke to referred me to Dave Pitt, and had wonderful things to say about him; coincidentally he was the previous owner of Tennis' Garage (how ironic is that?!). When I called Dave, I explained my situation and he offered to look over my paperwork from the previous shop. He even checked out my car...

Dave was a good mechanic, and a good man.
Best wishes to the family.

Dave has been my mechanic for an excess of 10 years and I'm extremely shocked and saddened by this horrible news. If anything ever went wrong with my vehicle, I always found comfort in knowing that Dave would fix whatever was wrong so I could be on my merry way. His light-hearted jokes always made me smile and he was a great conversationalist. Knew a bit about everything and could discuss anything while I was waiting for my oil change or maintenance.
I'm very sorry for your family's...

Dear Nancy and Family,
We've known Dave for many years and are shocked and saddened by the news of his death. We will miss him terribly. Besides being an honest and kind businessman, he was a dear friend. You and your family will remain in our prayers for God's peace and comfort as you grieve the loss of your precious husband, father and grandfather.

My wife and I have known Dave for over 10 yrs. We have always experienced Dave's honesty, values and sense of humor. It was always a pleasure to see him both personally and in business settings. Our shock and sadness in hearing of his sudden passing is nothing compared to that of his beloved family and many friends. Our thoughts and prayers are with all.

Dear Nancy & Family,
Our hearts were so saddened to hear of Daves accident. You are in our hearts & prayers, and we pray and ask our Heavenly Father to comfort you in the coming days.

The Swisher Family are deeply sadden by Dave's passing. We have taken our cars to day for 12 years. What a great guy - we will miss him.
