Dear Linda and your family, I was so very sad to hear of David's death. Over the years David offered me support and gentle mentoring and friendship, His quiet leadership nurtured me through the early years in my career and through all of our connection his love of his family was the defining aspect of him. It was a privilege to know and work with him.
