PORTER, David Leroy "DaRoy" Jr., of Richmond, departed this life February 1, 2009. He is survived by his wife, Mary Barnes Porter; two daughters, Yvonne Porter Crenshaw and Karen Porter Howard; one stepdaughter, Kizzy Barnes; three grandchildren,Tiffany M. Starks, Tierra L. Howard and Karmara Cannon; one sister, Barbara L. Porter; four brothers, Raymond, Clyde, Tyrone and Rodney Porter; one aunt, Ida Woolfolk; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; three sons-in-law, Ricky Crenshaw, Vincent Howard and Ron Cannon; his mother-in-law, Clara Barnes; five sisters-in-law, seven brothers-in-law, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Ave., where funeral services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. Dr. William Eric Jackson officiating. Interment Riverview Cemetery.
