Not sure what to say?

I knew David from the time I spent at my uncles cabin on Hood Canal during the summers of '67, '68, 69. David's parents had a house complete with helicopter pad that was 3 units down from my uncles. I remember Dave as a fun loving, carefree individual who loved life and was always fun to be around. I was just a kid (~12yo) but Dave was always very kind to me and included me in some of his activities. Some of my favorite memories of Dave were of him taking me for a rides in their Tollycraft or...

You're not forgotten my friend. Your friend,

Dave and I were high school friends. Many years later I was delighted to run into him at my dentist's office in Puyallup. It was so good to see him. Every once in a while I'd see him at the Puyallup Fair where he was with the fire department. I could tell he took a lot of pride in his job. I was taken aback to see his name on the readerboard of a fire station on my way into Puyallup. I'm so sorry for your loss. He was a wonderful young man and it seems that it carried through into his...

We are so sorry to hear of David's passing. We purchased his Puyallup house on 21st Street. He was a very kind person.

To the family, we would like to express our heartfelt sympathy.

To the family of David Potter
I'm so sorry to hear about David's passing. David and I were friends in High School, but I lost track of him as years went by. He sounds like he lived a very full life and a life to be proud of. He will be missed. Roxie McLaughlin/Miller

To the Potter Family,
I worked with David many years ago when his Dad and Brother bought Mercy Yellow Ambulance. He was wet behind the ears but yet made something of himself and dedicated his life to Emergency Medicine throughout the state of Washington. I will miss his sense of humor and the ready smile that he always had.

Dave Potter was a champion power boat racer for many years. He and his father Les were the best competitors in every race they entered. Dave still holds a number of records. He was a great friend and will never be fogrotten. Some films about his racing days are on the internet

To the Potter Family,

I knew David for many years when I worked at the Volvo dealership in Fife. He loved his car... I always took care of him and his late mother. I left the Volvo dealership but live in Puyallup so would see David around town and he always had a big smile for me. I was surprised to see his passing and it broke my heart. He brightened my days when he was my customer. Thank you.
