In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.

To the Prala family,
Dave and I were good friends in high school. We shared many exploits together, which often involved seriously unsuccessful attempts to act older than we were. Like Mark, I remember the pride that Dave took in his Cougar and his hope of some day owning his own "Vette." I remember his patience and friendship in trying to teach me the finer points of golf and of caddying, despite a clear lack of talent or ability on my part for either endeavor. Dave was always...

It was my privilaged to know and work with Dave for over 10 years. He will be missed. I hope that you all find peace and comfort that is needed at this time and look forward to the day when you can be reunited through the Lord.
Love and prayers to you all

To
Dave's family
I met Dave at St. Johns. In fact we were locker partners for a couple
of years. I remember Dave's first car, a cougar, and his desire to own
a corvette. We had many good and memorable times at SJ dances and
sporting events. When my son moved to San Diego two years ago, I
shipped quite a few packages through Fed-Ex and saw Dave on numerous occasions. We had some good discussions about the past and present. My deepest sympathy to all.

Dear Prala brothers,
So sad to hear of your brother's passing. I didn't know Dave, but he sounds like a wonderful person. My thoughts and prayers are with you guys, may the memories you have with Dave make you smile and give you strength.
May God bless you all with His peace. Take good care.

To The Family of Dave,
Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this most difficult time.

David was a super wonderful person. David was my classmate all through grade school at Our Lady of Perpetual Help and was always attracted to not only his extremely good looks, but a heart of gold to match. May he rest in peace and deepest sympathy goes out to his family. He will always be admired for his kindness, as well.

To not only a person I was proud to call and be a Brother to, but a best friend throughout my entire life. I will miss him terribly.

Dear Melanie,
We are so very sorry for your loss. May the love and sympathy of your friends and family bring you comfort and hope at this difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you always.
Fondly,
Connie & Larry
