David Pudoka Obituary
David J. Pudoka, 74, of Green went Home to be with the Lord September 9, 2014.
David was born September 21, 1939 in Akron to the late John and Emma Pudoka. He was employed at F.M. Machine Company and has been with them for the past 50 years. David was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.
David was preceded in death by his sisters, Marcella and Elizabeth. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Rosemarie; sons, Dean (Lori), Darren, and Dennis (Kimberly) Pudoka; grandchildren, Christyal, Raitchel, Donaven, Maria, Taylor, and Brooke; brother, Maurice (Faye) Pudoka.
Funeral service will be held at 11 A.M. on Friday, September 12, 2014 at the Schermesser Funeral Home, 600 E. Turkeyfoot Lake Rd., Akron, OH 44319 (SR 619) with Pastor Jim Roma officiating. Family and friends may call on Friday for 2 hours prior to the service from 9 to 11 A.M. at the funeral home. Interment will be at Rose Hill Burial Park. Memorial Contributions may be made in David's name to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Northeast Ohio Chapter, 520 S. Main St., #2501, Akron, Ohio 44311. Rosemarie and family, I am so sorry to hear of Dave's passing. I have missed our "over the hedge" chats in the past couple of years. When I heard what happened I was absolutely floored. Dave loved to ride so much and to hear of him riding miles and miles in a day often encouraged me. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family right now. May the Peace of the Lord keep you and your family in this sad time.
