Rest In Peace!!!

To the Pulliam Family,
I had the honor of getting hired by RFD in the Mid-80's as a "transplant" from out of state. Dave was my first LT @ #12 and was a great role model, mentor and friend who treated me like a son....a true fire officer and world class person. Rest in peace my brother. Gone but never forgotten!!

Sherita you are in my prayers may God give you and your family comfort and peace now and always the love you shared will last for ever your friend always

Dave, I will miss you. You were truly a firefighters officer and great union man!!! I have great memories and some great times with Dave at many union conventions and meetings. He knew how to network the crowd and work hard for his membership.

To Betty and the entire Puliam Family,

The last time I saw David was at a St. Patrick's reunion. I always thought of him as one of the nicest men I knew. I am terribly sad to learn of his passing. I know that he will be remembered fondly by all who knew him. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
Fondly,
Sharon Delaney-Frank

Dave helped me so much when we joined the VPFF, he offered friendship, guidance, and an ear when times were tough. I still enjoy the fellowship and shared brotherhood he helped promote. May we all be with his family in remembering his life and selfless service to his community.

She lost most of her hair and was severely scarred. Jessica was so proud of her new hair. Her whole face lit up when Dave gave her the wig, now she would have hair just like other young girls. His kind gesture made a enormous difference in her life. He was able to see beyond the scars and see what a truly...

Dave was always there for the members of the Fire Service. He will remembered and loved by all who had the pleasure to be his brothers and sisters in the fire service and life. May GOD bless you and your family.
