Not sure what to say?

Sorry for your loss. My dad often spoke fondly of him and I remember him as a warm person, always with a smile and a good sense of humor. My favorite story was when someone cut him off on the Staten Island Ferry line and then, while they took in the view of the Statue of Liberty, their keys went missing mid crossing.

Mr. Queenan was warm and fun. My father remembers the day they met almost 80 years ago and remained the best of friends. He has told me stories of how Dave and Jo were there in times of need, friends indeed.

Dave and Family,
I want to express my sincere sympathy for the loss of your father. I only met you a few times, but my dad, Jesse, spoke of you and your dad often and the good times he spent with his friends at Franklin Tavern. You were all like a second family to him. I also know that you especially were a good friend to him and helped him alot when he needed it and I just want to say, THANK YOU.
May the love of friends and family carry you through this difficult time.

Dave and family,
My sympathy to you and your family on the passing of your father. I will always remember the friday after work get-togethers at the Franklin along with Vinny, where Joe Lech, Tommy Weber and I would discuss how we did Police work in Lawr. compared to the Big Apple. Many a week he was the uplifting spirit we needed to know we were appreciated and to keep going. He is in my prayers

Dave and Family,
Our most sincere condolences on the loss of Dave. I liked him very much.

Dear Jo and family,
We will always remember Dave as the wonderful family man that he was. He loved his children and his Grandchildren so very much.
His story telling was the very best.
He was the kind of man that everyone wanted to be around and be a part of his life.
Our deepest of sympathies to all of you at this very difficult time.
You are all in our hearts and prayers.
He is now with his beloved daughter Liz and we know the two of them are watching over us.
May you...
