Not sure what to say?

David, you were my first "song circle" friend in highschool with your guitar. We played a lot of Eagles...lol You are remembered for your quirky brows, questioning the big truths, gentle spirit, and brilliant sense of humor. Even tho we were all just kids at the time, it was easy to see you were light years ahead of the pack with your view of the world. My thoughts have been with you thru the years pulling for you thru this struggle. Rest easy. Play on. Be.

The staff of the American Cancer Fund® at www.AmericanCancerFund.org is sorry to hear of David's passing. We have received a memorial donation in his name and our sincere condolences go out to his family.

Austin, Frankie and Family, What a tragedy may God through the Holy Spirit bring comfort to your hearts and help you through these days.

Our hearts are with you Austin and Frankie and the family!

It has been a long time since we have seen each other friend but know it has been a long haul for you. I remember many great memories back in the day. You have left many friends behind that will miss you and not forget you. I still have the Christmas Angel you gave me which I hang on my tree every year. Guessing when I hear thunder rolling in, it will be you yelling Roll Tide! Rest easy and peacefully. With love,

David was a graduate student of mine at the University of Alabama, and an outstanding one; but he was more than that--he was a good friend, a talented musician, a sensitive soul. Many nights he and I played music among friends, and his guitar notes were bright, clean, and good. I know he will be missed.

Austin and Family, I'm so sorry to read about your loss you will be in my prayers.

Austin and family, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your son. You are in my prayers.

Prayers for you and yours.
