Hanna/Ava Raskin

You are so correct Valsa. I am so blessed with his children . Thank you so much for your kind thoughts and memories.

My dear David, I still remember celebrating your 21st birthday when we were all at U of C and celebrated at Club 920. We had so much laughs with searching for the perfect girl for you and perfect man for me. Now I know, you found the perfect girl and had a family. I am so sorry, I didn't keep in touch with you and share the laughter from the good old times. I was thinking about you and wanted to talk with you today... and I searched for you and saw you in the Obituary!!!!. Mrs. Raskin,...

David and Howard Raskin 2010

Today would have been your 52nd birthday. Nothing is the same without you. We miss you with all of our hearts. Deanne, Ava and Hanna

I don't know if anyone still checks this, but I think about Dave frequently. Deanne - you and the kids are to this day in my thoughts and prayers. If there's ever anything I can do, PLEASE don't hesitate to call me. I know for certain Dave would have done the same. I miss his mentorship and friendship - it's a void that hasn't been, and I don't expect to be - replaced.

I just found out David died. I was saddened by this awful news. I was your neighbor (31) next door. Sorry for the late condolence, but I've had my own health issues.

The old water pump , the center of camp,
