I am so sorry about Dave. He was a wonderful person with an incredible personality. As you know I worked with Dave at the police department for thirty years. He was always professional and dedicated to his job and family. He had a good sense of humor. He will be missed by all of us. He was a delight to wotk with and a friend. Dear Mrs. Rechenmacher and family, I am very sorry to hear of Dave's passing. I knew Dave through the ICPA and looked up to him as a great leader in that organization. As I felt, everyone liked Dave a lot and enjoyed his company as well as his guidence.
