David was my President and CEO as I steered the engineering and product development efforts in the Miller Group, aka The Miller Mfg. Company. Hello Dear Family, I think the last time I recall David when he was well was attending the wedding in Charlotte. I recall a warm smile and an incline of his head to really listen. He was someone you could linger with to hold a conversation; he was not in a hurry. What a lovely couple he and Beverley were. David and I grew up as next door neighbors in the 1950s and I remember him with great fondness . He was a wonderful person and special boyhood friend.

It is with great sorrow we learned of David's passing. We think of our cousins in the United States often and with great fondness. The lovely obituary that was written to honour David speaks volumes of how loved and cherished he is by his family and to all who had a relationship with him, thank you for sharing this with us.
