David Harlow Rice

On a random day, I am just remembering Dave. Dave was such a special soul. While of course, it hurts knowing that we didn't continue to grow up together as brothers by choice, I am lucky to have been there for the 10+ years that we were together. Dave's life continues without the body, in the memories that I have and the example of living that he left.

Out of all the victims on the list for those who sadly lost their lives on the day none of us will ever forget, this one has stood out for obvious reasons. My name is David M. Rice, and I was in Langhorne,PA on September 11, 2002, when I heard his name called out. My heart stopped. To his family, you have my deepest sympathies. I'll keep you in my prayers

David and i worked together for a few years and he was the best father figure I had though 20 years younger than me. I miss him.

Visited 9/11 Memorial Dec 22, 2014 and noticed a white rose on this mans name, very upsetting cannot imagine what it must be like for family and friends of the victims. R.I.P

To David's family. Went to the 9/11 site today and as I stood by the memorial I looked down and saw David's name inscribed. I wanted to know something about him, so I googled his name and found this obituary. I, of course, never met him, but I wanted you to know David is remembered. God bless.
