The magnolias have fallen. Dogs with bones stuck to their faces. The 15th hole. I'll see you among the wildflowers, my love.

Dear Paul,
I did not know your brother but I am sure he had a love for his family and life, and a great sense of humor and personality like you. I went to mass Sunday night at Assumption and David was mentioned and in our prayers. My condolences to you and your family.

Just wanted to send my deepest sympathy to your family..I was so shocked and saddened to see that Mr. Riesenberger had passed away. He was my favorite teacher at Bishop Kearney (class of 1991)..What a great sense of humor, he always made learning such fun..I was just telling my son about him the other day as he was doing a project for a class. I was saying how Mr. Riesenberger was the one teacher I would always remember and how he gave me a love for math.

I am so sorry to hear of Dave's passing. I was one of the fortunate few to have Dave for two of my four years at Bishop Kearney. His unorthodox teaching style instilled a love for math that I carry with me to this day. I will forever be in his debt. You have my deepest sympathies.

Sorry to hear of Dave's death. He was a great teacher and had a great sense of humor! He was certainly shocked but took it in great stride when he found that we picked up his VW Rabbit and moved it during a gym class. He always made Geometry interesting...especially with extra credit questions about the NY Giants. My prayers are with your family. Bishop Kearney Class of 1986.

I'm so sad and shocked to read of Dave's death. He was my favorite teacher at Bishop Kearney in 1987 and there are so many of us that speak of him to this day. Not many other teachers could make a kid look forward to Geometry! My deepest sympathy to the family. The world just lost a great guy,but i'll bet he's jammin with Jerry! Forever in our hearts. Class of 88
