Not sure what to say?

Linda;
Our thoughts and prayers go out to you in this difficult time. While it has been several years since we worked together, the impression left by Dave was that of a true gentleman, and a very pleasant person to be around.
With deepest sympathy,

Dear Linda and the Riffle Family,
Please accept our condolences and sympathies. Working at Graftech with Dave was fun and enlightening. The discussions we used to have were some of the things I remember most. He was truly a nice guy and good at his job. We will remember him and you in our prayers and thoughts!
