Though it has been a long time since David passed, I remember him as a wonderful, fair, honest, trustworthy colleague even when in the midst of a viper's nest. He was kind and inspirational to all who came into contact with him, and his students all sang his praises. He was a gifted designer, sensitive to spaces and to human interactions in spaces.
Would that all architecture colleagues were so wonderful as people!
