Not sure what to say?

It’s hard to believe a year had passed since Dave’s passing. Miss him a lot especially now that golf season is approaching. We will mention him in our annual trip to VA that he will miss the first time since we started the trip 18 years ago. Miss you a lot dear friend. Tom Daniels

Thoughts and prayers to the entire family. I graduated with Dave and spent some great times with him and his friends in Rutherford, Paxtang and Penbrook. Rest in peace and behave in heaven with Scotty Witmer.

Life is but a stopping place,
A pause in what's to be,
A resting place along the road, to sweet eternity.
We all have different journeys,
Different paths along the way,
We all were meant to learn some things, but never meant to stay...
Our destination is a place,
Far greater than we know.
For some the journey's quicker,
For some the journey's slow.
And when the journey finally ends,
We'll claim a great reward,

Janet, so sorry to hear about Dave. Thoughts and prayers go out to you at this difficult time on top of everything else going on at this time. Dave was very nice and fun to be around at family get togethers. I remember he would always say hi when you would see him at work.

Janet, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Rest in peace David!

I am so sad to read of Dave's passing. As a first-year teacher (Miss Stevick) at East High in 1968-69, I had the privilege of teaching Dave. We were friends on Facebook, and he was one of my biggest supporters as I cared for my husband after his stroke. When I lost him in August, Dave continued to cheer me. His advice was always upbeat and positive. I am so thankful that he came back into my life via social media. I hope that your memories of this kind man will give you some comfort.

My prayers go out to the Risser family.
