Not sure what to say?

It has been a couple of years, and we had lost track since we were kids. Just wanted to say that you have not been forgotten.

Dave was one of classmates and friend during high school. He always brought a positive attitude and touched the lives of many people.

I just learned the sad news of David's passing and I would like to express my sympathy to Linda and the family, as well as to Wendy, Dave's sister . Dave was a close friend back in the late sixties thru the seventies, until he moved south. We lost touch in recent years, but I have great memories of fishing on Onieda Lake, working at Weatheridge , camping at Redfield, and all the times on Fellows Ave and on Collingwood. Dave was always a natural leader and a great friend. He will be greatly...

I was thinking of Dave and on a whim googled his name and that's how I got the sad news. Dave was one of my dearest friends and band mates in the Declaration of Independence in the sixties. We were kids together and I am heartbroken that he has passed so young. Steve Durr

I just learned of his passing moments ago. I had the pleasure of knowing him and of being his neighbor for over 6 years while he worked in Statesville. We had the best talks! He was one of those people who exuded a natural positive energy, which I know came through his relationship with God....and what a mighty man of God he was! He always had a kind word and a smile-every day! I can still hear him strumming on his acoustic guitar..... My prayer for his wife and family is peace, and...

Just heard the news yesterday. So sorry, My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Thinking back I remember when he let me play his guitar with Tim on drums. I could not play much then but was honored he let me touch the Les Paul. We had a few long talks and the advice he gave me I still take to this day.

What a great man of God. We were also coworkers but considered him a friend. He was always willing to help anyone in any way he could. Keeping your family in my thoughts.

Dave you were a wonderful man that taught me so much, I admired your love for God and your sense of humor. God bless you, Linda and family Dave will be missed very much.

Linda & family, I was truly sorry to hear of Dave's passing. With a smile, I remember his music: fabulous lead guitarist and original songs presented to God in worship at PVA. May God bring you comfort and peace.
