53, passed away on June 22, 2014 in Phoenix, AZ. He was born on March 11, 1961 in Phoenix. David is preceded in death by his father Erasmo; brothers Andy and Michael. He is survived by his mother Mercy; siblings Maria Ruth, Jesse, Erasmo Jr., Joseph and Mary Ann. Visitation with rosary service will be held on Monday June 30, 2014 from 5-8 pm at Advantage Crystal Rose Funeral Chapel, Tolleson, AZ. Funeral Mass will be Tuesday July 1, 2014 at 10 am at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Tolleson, AZ. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, Avondale, AZ. Arrangements entrusted to Advantage Crystal Rose Funeral Home, Tolleson, AZ.
