Not sure what to say?

Dear Rae Ann and family,
It was an honor to get to know Dave when he served as United Way Campaign Chair in Saginaw and I was the Campaign Director. He was a dedicated volunteer, quick with a smile and always very positive in his outlook. I enjoyed getting to know Dave and on one occasion my husband and I ran into Dave while on a visit to Harbor Springs and discovered that the night before, that we had all attended and enjoyed a Huey Lewis and The News Concert. He mentioned that he...

Rae Ann , your Melissa and our Laurin were in school together.
We remember with fondness of fun times at Mcbrite school then at Weiss elementary working together at Fun Fair. David was a great man! Our sympathy and prayers to you and your family .

It is never easy to say goodbye to someone we love so much. Knowing that so many were loved and touched by him helps. Even more so, because he lives in their memories. May you have peace and comfort in the promises of Almighty God that there is a hope of seeing your loved one again. My sincere condolences.

Dear Rae Ann and Family, I am sorry to learn of Dave's passing. Loren passed away 5 years ago so I know what you are dealing with. The obit had it so right. Dave was such a gentleman that he could have been raised in the South. He always had a smile and a kind word. Loren and I both had a great respect for his abilities and his leadership. Hold on to the good memories and fun times and those will hold you in good stead. I will keep you in my prayers.

David was my boss at Minn-Dak Farmers Cooperative until I retired. He was a great boss. He encouraged, inspired, and held one accountable. I appreciated him then. I am sad to learn that he is gone. His family will miss him. He loved being a family man. Knowing him was a blessing in my life.

I am very sorry to hear of Dave's passing. Even though we were on opposite sides of the bargaining table, he treated his employees and my members with respect.

Sorry for your great loss. Had some great times golfing and visiting with with Dave when he was in Whapeton.
With sympathy,
Daryl Anderson
