Not sure what to say?

I just found out about David's passing. He coached my son Nicolas when he went to State for tennis at the Bush School. David personally took Nicolas to the tournament and was, without a doubt, the best coach Nico ever had. I remember being in awe of the light and joy in David's personality, his ability to make us laugh and the kindness shown. It is with such great sadness that the world has lost such a beautiful soul. My deep condolences to his family.

Shelly -- I was thinking of you and David so much on the 9th and 10th of August, when we were anchored at Mink in the position where we had visited with you frequently just 2 years prior. He was such a warm and wonderful man and the two of you had a great partnership. My condolences to you and your family.

Emily

It was a pleasure to know David Rolfe. Whenever I ran into him on or around the courts, he always exemplified living life with a smile.

Dear Rolfe Family: I can't believe that David is gone. Since I've been living in another place, it's difficult to keep up with everyone. I am sad and stunned that he was so ill. Reading his obituary I'm glad to hear about what an accomplished man he became. He will always be remembered as one that I grew up with and shared a love of tennis!I send my most sincere condolences to his wife, his family ,his brothers, sister and Mom and Dad. He flies with angels. "Aloha Pumehana" or "Until we meet...

He was a tenacious tennis partner and a lovely human being. Our hearts go out to your family and clan.

What fun we had as kids at THE POOL every summer, Marco Polo, and playing tennis on those asphalt courts! My only wish is that I had kept in touch with David and his family. My heart goes out to you all.

Dear Shelley, David Jr. and Nancy - We will always remember the wonderful times shared on the ball fields in Innis Arden! David was such fun and had great passion for everything and everyone! Our thoughts are with you all. Jim, Jo, Jennifer (Johnson) and Ken Perkins
