David Rosenberger

David was my dear friend in nursing school! We were clinical partners and shared many really funny times as we learned to be caring nurses. We were reunited as hospice nurse and social workers. I will always have a special place in my heart for David. He was so sweet. Kind and considerate to all -1000% always! Fly with the angels my friend, your life here on earth was a blessing

David and I were friends and colleagues of the Baystate hospice program for almost 20 years. I had the privilege to work with him and observe him as he worked tirelessly as a hospice social worker, to ease patients' final days and provide support to their families. What wonderful memories we all have gathering in the morning to talk over politics and the current events. No, we never solved all the world's problems, but we tried! Rest in peace my dear friend.

The salt of the earth. I had the pleasure of serving with David on the David Ruggles Center committee. He was a friendly, welcoming face when I was a new committee member. He maintained an optimistic spirit in the face of any problem and could always be counted on when help was needed. He seemed to know so many people that I regularly heard, "I know someone who knows you." I will greatly miss him for his kindness and for the goodwill he so easily showed towards others.

David and I worked in the Ruggles Center, early in its development. His quiet demeanor and support was consistent and dependable. I will miss his presence in the quiet activism he gave to the Northampton community. Do rest in His peace, David. Until...
