Not sure what to say?

To the Rote family, I am deeply saddened to hear about the loss of David. My thoughts and prayers are with you. God Bless you all.

David will be forever missed. He has finally found the peace he so much wanted in life. We will miss his laughter, smile and his talent....I will miss my friend..... Until we meet again, Jenny

Took awhile to write this bud but been busy. I was gonna give you a call and realized your not there. I'm gonna miss you Dave. I'm gonna miss talking music with you and just all around fun. But mostly Ill miss the laughter.I hope, no I know, your in a better place. Free from all the misery life can bring. You made me realize we are just seconds in time. But in the brief years I knew you, you made some of those seconds that much better.
To your family and the ones who loved you I send...

David, I can't believe you are gone. But, I know that in your final resting place you are playing the drums and making people sing! Mark, the kids and I send our condolences to your family and friends. You will be missed.

We were so sorry to hear of your loss. The thoughts of many are with you at this time of sorrow.

David was my good friend, Though I have'nt seen him since 1990,I would always laugh to myself sometimes when I would think of back in the day when we would cut up. I'm sure he will be missed here, We still have our great memories of growing up and tearing up my dad's old ford truck,Cooking out over at Carl and Charlies, watching and listening to him ripping those drums! Bye David have a nice journey to Heaven

I am saddened to hear of David's passing. We attended Denbigh Elementary School and played in the band together. David was an excellent drummer and I remember him always speaking fondly of his brother and sisters and especially about his mother being a nurse.

May God provide you with peace in your time of sorrow.
