Not sure what to say?

Tom and I are very sorry to hear of Daves passing. He built Fabiano's Karate school on Lakewood Blvd. in 1995. He did such a wonderful job in the construction and we appreciate all he did for us. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. so sorry, Tom and Sue Fabiano

David, I will always remember your all encompassing grin, and the sheer joy you had for the Grand Rapids hockey community. Thank you!

Our prayers from my family to yours.

Like many, I've learned a lot over the years from Dave.

Though I didn't know him as well as so many others, you wouldn't know it by the kind of guy he was.

A great ref/mentor, an even better person.

God speed.

Dave/Family,

I want to give Thanks and Praise to Our Heavenly Father for being Blessed with your Friendship. Words can not express the sorrow knowing you have departed us. Rest assure that only JOY and HAPPINESS fills my heart with every memory I have; from games we officiated to golf trips to working together remodeling my kitchen. You will be surly missed my Friend. May God's Love and Strength rest on your family and friends during this difficult time.

My thought's and prayers to all the family members. We will hold dear the memories of our travel hockey days together. You were not only my sons (Sean )coach but also a friend! Our lives are better for having known you!

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of Dave at this difficult time. Dave was a "great team mate", and unfortunately that is becoming harder to find today.
Rest in Peace Rooster.

You are all in our thoughts and prayers!! We cherish the years we spent with your family with travel hockey. Those were very good times! I will remember his big deep laugh and teasing ways! When we saw Dave in later years, refereeing at the rink, he always talked about each one of you kids with pride in his voice. He was so proud of you all! His face lit up when he spoke about his beautiful grandchildren! May your faith and precious memories see you all through this very difficult...
