To David's family. I worked with David on and off over 20 plus years during my time at Pitney Bowes. He was a good leader who led with integrity, humor, empathy, intelligence and modesty. My thoughts are with you, Judith as you pass through this sad passing.

To the family of David Rupert, I encountered David numerous times while at Pitney Bowes and IKON. I was not an executive, but was treated no differently. He was modest, unpretentious and always treated others with dignity. He was a man of good character, and I always enjoyed his company. I am sorry for your loss, and will always have fond memories of his smile, quick wit and dry sense of humor.

Even at an early age he displayed what a fine, decent person he was. When I was made fun of by others at school, he would defend me, not with meaness, but with his quiet, dignified manner. He was the only classmate that showed up at my birthday party. I have never forgotten what a kind person he was to a short, not so well off girl. I remember...

Dear Judy, Hannah & Ian, I am so saddened to hear about David's passing. I enjoyed everyday working as his assistant and I always admired how his family was priority #1. He always called me "kiddo"...I so appreciate that term now. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Hannah - Thanks so much for calling me.
