David Rush

I had always planned to return to. Dr. Rush to restart my dental treatment program. I am shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. He made me become fearless at my dental appointments. He really knew how to help comfort your fears while in his professional dental care. My condolences to his family and friends.

We learned today that Dr. Rush had passed recently and we're sitting here in shock and disbelief and saddened. His passing is certainly heartfelt. So very sad to hear of Dr. Rush's passing. I am still grieving about the loss of a wonderful dentist, person and friend. I used to mind going to the dentist before Dr. Rush was my dentist. I have been a patient for many years and have always had a positive experience once I passed through the doors to his very inviting Ahwatukee practice.
