OSCEOLA - David E. Rutter, 89, of Osceola, passed away Feb. 19, 2009, at his home in Osceola.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, at the United Methodist Church in Osceola with Pastor Robert Perry officiating and Pastor Clifford Hoper assisting.
