Dave and I worked at Grubb & Ellis together in the later 1970s. Dave was a quality guy with a high level of integrity. We had may fun times at the Old Ox and Dave was great at telling stories. Dave was a real asset to the port district because he was always fair in his negotiations and he never took advantage of anyone and he always offered a fair deal. Dave will be missed for his contribution to the commercial real estate industry in San Diego!
