DAVE WAS A GOOD FRIEND OF ME AND MY DAUGHTER, JILL, FOR THE LAST 10 YRS OR SO. WE'RE SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS AND HE WILL BE GREATLY MISSED BY MANY FRIENDS HERE. WE JUST FOUND OUT THAT HE WAS ILL, A FEW DAYS BEFORE HE DIED. BUT I GUESS, IF YOU ARE GOING TO DIE, THAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GO AND NOT SUFFER FOR A LONG TIME. HE WOULD NOT HAVE WANTED TO BE A BURDEN TO EVERYONE.
