David T. Sawyer

I have so many memories of David. He was very close friend. We had many adventures in Wanakena. In fact I still visit Wanakena every summer. Visiting Wanakena has been a summer tradition now for 56 years in a row. I was crushed to hear of his passing. I regret letting life get in the way of our friendship. I think of him often and speak of him and Grampa Sawyer when ever visiting or talking of Wanakena. God bless you David. I miss the entire Sawyer family.

I'll miss listening to stories of when he was young. David had always made me smile and laugh, he will be missed. It was always nice sharing stories of growing up and going to Wanakena. He always had a sense of humor. May he now be at peace.
