I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Dave. He was a very kind and genuine man. He will be missed by many. I regret that I was unable to make it to the services and give my deepest condolences to all his family.

To David's Family...I am very sorry for your loss. David & I grew up together in Chesterfield & then graduated high school together. He was always the best...I'm sorry that distance prohibited my knowing his family but I'm sure you have the same joy and friendship that he showed to everyone as a young man. God bless.

Denise,
My deepest sympathy to you and your family. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dave was a great person, always laughing. A great inspiration to us all. Honest, fair, knowledgeable, and dependable.
We will all miss his cheerful voice.

Always honest and trustworthy, I admired the way Dave could rise to take on challenges and perform as best one could expect no matter the difficulties. I greatly admired his faith, love of his family, and respect and kindness he gave to others. My condolences go to the Schaefer family; may you take some comfort that your husband, dad and grand father touched the lives of so many of us in such a special way. As I grieve his loss, I am grateful for our 25 years of friendship I had with him...

Our thoughts and prayers to all of Dave's family and friends.
