Not sure what to say?

Anne..I still recall the words of "Mr. Schieber"...I bring up his name any chance I get... with former classmates from GRCC LEA.. Thinking of you and the girls and wishing you peace! That´s what David would´ve wanted..

I am so sorry to hear about Dave. I attended high school with Dave and I remember his quick wit and wonderful sense of humor. My sincere condolences to his family. I hope you have many wonderful memories.

Anne,
My sincere condolences to you and the girls. I met Dave several years ago at one of the girl's soccer games with our daughters playing. We hit it off right away. Truly a nice guy.
Mimi and I will keep you in our prayers.

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

Ann, Olivia, Allison, Isabelle;
AS DAVE'S BROTHER I WANT YOU TO KNOW WHAT A WONDERFUL MAN HE WAS. YOU AS A FAMILY WERE EVERYTHING TO HIM SO PLEASE HONOR HIMY BY KEEPING THOSE SPECIAL MEMORIES CLOSE TO YOU AND ALIVE AND WELL. HE FOUGHT HIS ILLNESS TO TRY TO MAKE IT THROUGH EACH OF THE GIRLS COLLEGE YEARS AND FELL SHORT OF THAT GOAL. NOT HIS CHOICE

Mary & Wade,
I am so sorry to hear about your brother. It is very hard to lose a sibling. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Cherish the memories.

Dear Schieber Family,
I was privileged to know Dave for only a few years. His dealings with my family was the utmost in kindness, consideration, and honesty. I admired him for his genius and was honored to be called his friend. We talked often before and during his illness and never said goodbye just "later". We have all lost a wonderful person and my deepest sympathies go to all of you.

David was a good lawyer, but also a good father. In preparation for a murder trial in 2004, David was at home in the afternoon baking cookies with his girls. What a wonderful memory that will be for them. They are truly blessed to have David as a father. He knew the right balance between work and family.
And I was blessed to work with him and to call him my friend.

Anne, Olivia, Allison, and Isabelle,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Your husband/father fought a good fight. I always enjoyed talking with him and listening to his stories and his advice about softball. I know you will miss him greatly but, take comfort that he is at peace and that you have many friends that are there to support you in whatever you need. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
