Thank you Dave and Barb for sharing your gifts of hospitality and generosity to so many family and friends over the years. You are loved!

Dave - I always enjoyed being around you be it on a golf course, in a clubhouse, at a luncheon, or in Arizona. You were my favorite hybrid (Buckeye / Wolverine) ,and although you may have had your main allegiance reversed, you handled that conflict with class and grace as you did with all challenges. Your many, many friends will certainly miss you. My deepest condolences to Barb and your lovely family.

Your 25 years of devotion to the Van Patrick Memorial and the Foundation led to the endowment of the Van Patrick Chair in Oncology at Henry Ford Hospital. How proud you were when Dr. Chapman would describe what the funding had helped accomplish. Your work quietly assisted thousands in the fight against cancer.

So sorry to hear of Daves passing. I worked at the Dearborn office at NBD/Chase with Dave. He was a great guy. My deepest sympathy and prayers for the family.
