Shannon, my thoughts and prayers are with you. David, rest in peace my friend. You fought a good fight and we did things your way. It was a pleasure knowing you all these years.

My sincere condolences. Bruce and I were very fond of Dave. Bruce passed away September 16, 2014. Remember the good times and love you shared, that will help you cope with his loss. Take care of yourself.
