I was just getting out of highschool when wings hit the air. I know in 3 years late in this post. But i have tears in my eyes. i had not known of this amazing man's passing. But his comedy and skill as an actor helped me with the transition form kid to man. was watching Wings and was checking on the cast's whereabouts and was shocked to hear of "Roy Biggins" passing. He made me laugh so many times. I hoped the cast would still be intact. Such a loss, way too soon. You were pretty amazing.

I was lucky enough to act onstage with him. A funnier, kinder, more talented or generous actor would be hard to find. David, you are missed and always will be.

Though I never saw him on stage, his portrayal of Roy Biggins was an immortal curmudgeonly foil to the Hackett brothers ( as well as almost all the other characters ) on WINGS. I laugh every time I see a WINGS re-run, and the most consistently funny character was Roy. Thank you, David, for so many laughs. R.I.P.
