In the years we lived next door to to Dave, we grew to love him and his family. His passing has saddened us greatly.
There is no question that his legacy will live on forever through those whose lives he touched. We will carry fond memories of Dave with us forever.

Dave was a great influence in my life. I can probably say that for most of the 8th ward runts I caused havoc with. Glen, Steve, Brian, Jon, Mike P., Mike M., Dan, myself, and many other 8th ward youth are surely indebted to Dave. Dave was a kind man who wouldn't hesitate to help anyone in need. I am grateful for his friendship and sorrowful for his loss. Dave, Thank you for everthing.
