I remember Dave when I worked at Schumann Pies and Bread on Plainfield and Clement Street. It was my first job. Fond memories of a wonderful family. My condolences - Marianne Brandolino Nuetzmann.

Dear Schumann Family,

I have nothing but fond memories of Dave.

Dave would come and visit my parents in a classic car. He would visit my Dad after my Mom had pasted away and bring him pies which made my Dad and I very happy since it was one of my Dad's favorite desserts. He also, stayed and had long conversations with my Dad to keep him from being lonely.

Dave was always smiling and happy. He was good friends with my brother Rich Ferguson and he worked with my Mom Helen...
