Read MoreI was shocked to hear this today. There are no words to express the loss of David. I just felt that I should say what I remember about him. I never heard him complain. He was always pushing on through what must have been an uphill battle. I actually looked forward to seeing him because it gave me a quick breathe of fresh air and faith in humankind. I have no doubt in my mind that Dave is happy and in heaven.
