Not sure what to say?

I may not see you with my eyes or hear you with my ears But thoughts of you remain with me and help to dry my tears You whisper in the autumn leaves that linger in the fall And in the gentle evening breeze I'm sure I hear your call I think of you through smiles and laughter and then I softly sigh For one day soon we will meet again and never say goodbye

Dear Katy and Hugh
When these years go by so things can't change. The best memories I have is being at Carmel Presby you looking like you were going to tip over pregnant with sweet David, and I behind you pregnant with Mary. And at the Christmas program seeing the cutest little blonds standing holding hands singing carols together. That would be Emily and Stephen. We can hold on to these sweet memories always while our boys are now Angels. Love always, Sherry

As the parent of this years David Shannon memorial scholarship recipient, I would like to thank Davids parents and family. I hope
you can take comfort in the fact that we consider it a Great honor! Thank You and God bless you! Yours truly, Mark and Karen Oxendine

Katy,
I'm not sure that I've seen you since we were at Grimsley & Page, but I was heartbroken to learn that you were David's mother. I have heard such wonderful things about him from the women in my book club and hope that the wonderful memories of him bring you comfort. Much love to you and your family.

My heart is broken for the family and friends of Mr Shannon, there are no words that can meet the magnitude of your loss. But I am truly sorry and my sincere prayers are with you all. Losing a child at such a young age can be unbearable, but know that God Almighty will give you the strength, comfort and the understanding in your time of bereavement.
