Today is a beautiful, sunny day in Michigan, David's early home. This is the sort of day he enjoyed with friends at his pool, the lake and on the running track. I am sure he enjoyed many more in Florida.
David will always be here, in the sunshine.

As another longtime friend of David said, I consider it a honor to have been considered by David as a friend. On another of countless positive notes with David, I cannot recall David ever having negative things to say about others. David was "one in a million". I will miss David.
