MY FATHER

It is a difficult and strange feeling to be standing up here. I should be in my seat and my father should be speaking. He was always the one who could rise to a difficult or joyous occasion and know what to say, and say it better than any one else could. He was the master. David was very special to me. He was a pleasure to care for and will always be remembered in my heart. I will miss his "yiddish" jokes and comments. Joan, I will you keep you and your family in my prayers.
Sincerely, Terry Downey-Freiman RN(from HUP)

Please accept my heartfelt sympathy to the family and friends of Mr. Shrager.
I attended the firm holiday party the past two years as a guest of one of the employees. Mr. Shrager welcomed me with open arms and made me feel as though I was a part of the firm family. I will always remember his gratiousness. I send my thoughts and prayers to his family and to the members of the firm whom I have met.
Take care and remember - "one day at a time."

I will always have a very special place in my heart for Dave. He was an incredible human being, a brilliant man at the top of his profession as well as a warm and sensitive person who always made others feel important. I feel so blessed to have known him. Our lives will be less bright without him. My sincere condolences to his family, who were the center of his universe. I hope your many wonderful memories and his deep love for you will sustain you during this very difficult time.

To the family of David Shrager:
Please accept my heartfelt and deepest sympathies on the passing of David. He was the consummate attorney and a "mensch" of which the latter is always the most important. He was my cousin and will be missed by me and lots of others as well.
